Kameron was simply the best. When we bought our house, we ended up paying $25,000 dollars less than we originally planned. Then when we had to sell it years later, we sold it for $12,000 more than we thought was possible. It sounds unbelievable, but it actually happened. During the whole process, Kameron gave us all the info we needed to make decicisons and he made the tremendous amount of paperwork simple and easy. Even though I'm stationed in Germany (USAF), he made the coordination and communication simple.
Kameron was our agent when we originally purchased our condo unit. When we decided to sell we chose Kameron as our agent. He is very professional and handled all the details very efficiently.
Kameron Kildea is hands-down the best realtor I've ever had. His knowledge of the local market is unparalleled, and he’s an excellent negotiator with a no-nonsense approach that produces great results. He's helped us buy and sell multiple homes in Las Vegas that we've used as successful rental properties. We’ve also recommended him to several friends who have also bought homes from him. I am active duty Air Force, and three of our purchases/sales were conducted from long-distance. When we were buying, Kameron found great properties for us and inspected the best ones on our behalf. When we sold, he found good buyers and managed the process so well that it felt almost “hands off.” In each case he exceeded my expectations and only strengthened my trust in his abilities and advice. I never had to worry because I knew Kameron was on top of things. He was always very responsive to our inquiries and kept us updated regularly on the transactions. Kameron has integrity and he seeks to build long-term relationships with his clients. Over the last 6 years he has always provided us with straight-forward, honest advice, and I feel like he puts our interests first (for example, 8 months before we bought our first house, he even advised us to wait because he knew our family wasn’t ready for the purchase!). I will not hesitate to call him again when we return to Las Vegas.
